如何确定光亮剂的好与差?
1)观察外观。

好的柔软剂应该是无色透明的。而光亮剂则应是淡黄色透明状的,没有分层现象,无沉淀物,无悬浮物,色泽均匀一致。

2)使用电流范围要宽。

采用250mL霍尔槽测定使用电流范围。方法是分别采用总电流为0.5A、lA、2A。时间分别为lOmin、5min、2min打霍尔槽试片。三个试片均应该是整板镜面光亮为最好。

除此之外,还要求光亮剂使用温度范围宽,抗杂质能力强,对镍离子含量广泛的适应能力等。
