光亮剂使用过量的影响主要有以下这4点
1、中、低电流密度区的镀层很薄或是无镀层,镀层比较阴暗,无光泽,会有明显的薄雾现象。

2、高电流密度区的镀层容易剥离、脆裂,镀层会发蓝。在赫尔槽实验时,镀层会向外翘起。

3、镀层会有发黄、发雾、发花的现象,有的镀层是呈片状脱落,外观质量很差。

4、工件在镀镍后出槽时,有的部位是无水膜的,即工件没有完全润湿。
