光亮剂在电镀过程中会消耗

光亮镀镍溶液中,用糖精、萘磺酸、对甲苯磺酰胺等作为第一类光亮剂;三氯乙醛、香豆素、丁炔二醇、吡啶或喹啉的季铵盐作为第二类光亮剂。这两类光亮剂并用能得到全光亮的镍镀层。在无铵氯化物镀锌溶液中,使用亚苄基丙酮主光亮剂与载体OP乳化剂及辅助光亮剂苯甲酸钠等配合,可获得全光亮的锌镀层。光亮剂在电镀过程中会消耗,它们还可能会分解或夹杂在镀层中,影响镀层内应力,从而使镀层发脆。因此,光亮剂用量要适当。
In the bright nickel plating solution, saccharin, naphthalene sulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonamide, etc. are used as the first kind of brighteners, and quaternary ammonium salts of Trichloroacetaldehyde, coumarin, butynediol, pyridine or quinoline are used as the second kind of brighteners. These two kinds of brighteners can be used together to obtain a fully bright nickel coating. In the solution of non ammonium chloride zinc plating, the main brightener of benzylidene acetone, OP emulsifier of carrier and sodium benzoate as auxiliary brightener can be used to obtain the full bright zinc coating. Brighteners will be consumed in the electroplating process, and they may also decompose or be mixed in the coating, affecting the internal stress of the coating, thus making the coating brittle. Therefore, the amount of brightener should be appropriate.
